Yuzu is the lesser known cousin of the lemon, although lesser known they have their own unique flavor! None of this good stuff is lost through our pureeing process – so not to worry! Handpicked in fruit orchards on the sun kissed island of Sicily, all of our Yuzu are grown without any genetic modification. 

Fresh every season, ODK Yuzu Puree has an unbeatable shelf life. The care and attention ODK put into the cultivation process results in a very high quality of fruit puree too. Superb for cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, shakes and much more.

ODK purees go a long way and last 3 months once opened. You don’t need a lot of puree to flavor your drinks and you’ll have almost zero wastage. The Yuzu Puree suspends very well in cocktails, so you’re guaranteed to get a great tasting drink all the way until the last sip.
